Introduction
Pilot I spoke to recommended ARF. We are always trying to get our rescue animals to safe haven. Don travis is the pilot I called. He knows our son from SkyAcres Airport in Pleasant Valley, NY! And, here we are in New Bern,NC, 5 hrs from Don!
Please advise us of any preferences with respect to animal rescue missions. Do you prefer to assist with certain types of animals, certain sizes of animals, one animal at a time, etc.?
We work with Hunting Hounds large & small. We have some kennels that can accommodate 2 dogs while in transport.
Pilots, what are your ratings, flight hours and do you rent or own? What type of plane(s) will you be flying on ARF rescue missions? Please measure your cargo area and note it in your profile. We'll take this into consideration in flight planning.

Do you have certain days of the week that are best for ARF rescue missions? (Weekdays, weekends, days, nights?)
We are available everyday inclu. week-ends and holidays until 9pm to help ARF. our hours of availability are from 7:30am to 9:30pm.
Where are you based (airport code)? What distance are you willing to fly/drive when assisting with ARF rescue missions?
Airport is EWN Coastal Regional Airport in New Bern,NC. Our shelter is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. We can drive 2-3 hours to assist ARF.
In what ways can you assist ARF?as Pilot, Planning Assistance, Temporary Home Stays, Ground Transportation?
We can assist ARF as Temp Home Stay and ground transport

This is the least our shelter/rescue can do for animals in dire need. We've been rescuing since 2002. Our mission is to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Re-Home Hunting Hounds large & small. Our adopted dogs are all around the U.S., flown to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida and driven to California, New England and Southeast.
