Details
On Saturday August 25th at 11am we have arranged for members of the Chicago Aviation Group to take a tour of the Chicago Executive Airport (Formerly Palwaukee) control tower.
For pilots it is a great learning experience to see what the Controllers life is like. While I was training for my private pilots license I toured the towerat Lunken Field in Cincinnati and found it very beneficial. For an aviation enthusiast it is a rare opportunity to see how a controlled airport works and how the airport tower controllers manage the airport operations.
This opportunity is limited to 10 individuals. So please RSVP as soon as possible. Also, if you RSVP yes but then learn you cannot make it please update your response to open a slot.
NOTE: In order to be eligible for this tour you must have a United States approved identification document (Drivers license or Passport). This is a regulation of the FAA.
