Everyone -

We are moving towards multi-engine and fractional ownership and I need to sell my training aircraft to relieve ramp space focus my time on multi-engine.

I am looking to sell (2) 2005 AMD Alarus CH-2000 aircraft - equipped as shown on the AMD website http://www.newplane.c... - I have a great deal of positive experience with these aircraft and love them in the personal aircraft and training environment. How can you beat a large roomy cabin, over 400# of useful load with almost 6hrs of flight time and a real 100kt true airspeed at just over 5gph. These aircraft are fully IFR certified with a very nice Garmin 430 stack.

With fuel prices continuing to climb as they are the benefits of this aircraft continue prove the value of the aircraft. In addition to low fuel burn (using Lycoming O-235N2C same as Cessna 152) the aircraft is designed for easy maintenance and designed to use parts for easy to source locations like Aircraft Spruce.

Please contact me if you would like more information.

I am offering the aircraft at $75,000 each and would entertain including a private or instrument rating with a buyer should they need a rating.

Thank you,

David Prescott
