Lets face it - New York City isn't easy. It's expensive and difficult to keep a car here. This makes it hard for a pilot to enjoy his/her passion. Mass transit to the local airports is an arduous undertaking. So, if you're a pilot or aviation enthusiast in the New York City area that doesnt have the ways and means to actually fly anymore, this may be the social group you have been looking for.
